Porridge with Banana and Cinnamon

Put half a cup of porridge oats into a Pyrex bowl with half a sliced banana, a few raisins, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a full cup of milk.

Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir.  Cook for a further 30 seconds to a minute if necessary.

Serve with the remaining sliced banana and maple syrup.
