This isn’t really recipe, just a quick way to do lamb chops. My brother, Darin, used to make this for us both when Mum and Dad were away on holiday and it’s totally delicious.
Grill one side of the lamb chops on high for about four minutes. Turn over and smear with a little mustard. Sprinkle with either freshly chopped rosemary or a little dried rosemary and cook for about four minutes on the second side.
